This Office deals with passport requests from Bundelkhand, Eastern and Central Uttar Pradesh covering 48 districts. This Office provides passport services to around 3.25 lakh people every year.Initially the jurisdiction of this office extended to all the districts of UP and MP, but Passport office at Bhopal, Bareilly and Gaziabad were setup later. The new Passport Office complex is a modern building with the best of facilities for the public. The new building has a covered area of more than 30,000 sq ft which would provide a congenial and convenient ambience to the public and an ideal atmosphere for efficient functioning of the Office. Apart from air conditioning, the amenities would include spacious and comfortable waiting areas, easy access for senior citizens and the physically challenged, rest room amenities, canteen facilities and adequate parking space of over 6000 sq ft. Categories of Applicants allowed as “Walk-In with ARN” Following mentioned categories of applicants are allowed as “Walk-in Applicants”. Applicants falling under these categories need to register Online, fill in the online application form and generate Application Reference Number (ARN) at least one day in advance before visiting the PSK. Such applicants may visit the PSK with required set of documents and a copy of printed ARN sheet between 9:30 am to 11:30 am on weekdays (Monday to Friday): Applicants for issue of Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) Applicants for Tatkaal services (fresh/reissue cases) Applicants for deletion of ECR status in passports without any change in personal particulars Applicants for inclusion of name of the spouse in passport Applicants with valid passports, seeking new booklets in case of exhaustion of visa pages Senior Citizens (above 60 years) Minors below 15 years whose parents hold valid Passports Physically challenged persons and Central / State Govt. employees, their spouses and dependant minor children who have “No Objection Certificate" / Identity Certificate.
