Categories of Applicants allowed as “Walk-In with ARN” Following mentioned categories of applicants are allowed as “Walk-in Applicants”. Applicants falling under these categories need to register Online, fill in the online application form and generate Application Reference Number (ARN) at least one day in advance before visiting the PSK. Such applicants may visit the PSK with required set of documents and a copy of printed ARN sheet between 09:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Applicants for issue of Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) Applicants for Tatkaal services (fresh/reissue cases) Applicants for deletion of ECR status in Passports without change in personal particulars Senior Citizens (60 years and above) Minors below 15 years with at least one parent holding valid Passport with spouse name endorsed in Passport Physically challenged applicants (including visually impaired, deaf and mute reporting with certificate) Applicants with valid passports, seeking new booklets in case of exhaustion of the visa pages Applicants who wish to have their Passport re-issued for including their spouses' name Central / State Govt. employees, their spouses and dependant minor children who have “No Objection Certificate" / Identity Certificate. The Regional Passport Office Patna will conduct a Passport Adalat at its premises, Regional Passport Office, Maurya Lok Complex, Patna on 26th July, 2013.
